Dissolvable Frac Plug adopts high-strength fully dissolvable materials for temporary zonal isolation during staged fracturing of horizontal and vertical wells. This innovative tool is composed of soluble magnesium-aluminum alloy metal and soluble rubber sleeve, customizable to match diverse geological and construction demands. It delivers outstanding sealing isolation performance and achieves thorough dissolution rapidly in fresh water or low-concentration KCL brine under both high and low downhole temperatures. No post-operation milling or drilling is required after fracturing, leaving a full-bore wellbore, which greatly cuts rig time and operation costs for oil & gas well stimulation and re-completion work.
