Xingyuan Petroleum Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996. As one of China’s early manufacturers engaged in exporting downhole tools to global markets, our production facilities hold valid API certifications and are supported by well-established quality management systems that comply with international industry standards and ensure consistent product quality.

DETECTION

Coordinate Measuring Machine

Equipped with the CROMA-C bridge-type coordinate measuring machine, our workshop realizes full 3D precision inspection for all perforating gun accessories. The device detects dimension deviation, coaxiality, flatness and other key indicators of workpieces, effectively controlling machining errors and ensuring all finished perforating guns comply with strict API industry standards.

Temperature and pressure resistance test

Using a specialized experimental device, we simulate the high-temperature and high-pressure downhole environment to test the sealing performance and structural strength of the perforating gun, ensuring that it will not fail under harsh downhole conditions.

Hardness gradient detection

This is a very crucial indicator. Using equipment such as a microhardness tester, we detect the hardness variation curve from the surface to the core of the gun body. This can directly reflect whether the heat treatment process is reasonable and directly affects the deformation resistance and corrosion resistance of the perforating gun.

API Compliance Confirmed

The customer spot checked our perforating gun to shoot the cementing target. According to customer feedback, our perforating gun is fully compliant with API PERF STANDARD.

FACILITIES & MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY

XINGYUAN is equipped with complete production and inspection equipment, housing a total of over 100 machining units including 30 five-axis machining centers. We deliver high-precision custom parts for all batch sizes and support new product R&D and trial manufacturing.
