PRODUCT OVERVIEW

It adopts an overall architecture integrating intelligent downhole execution with surface control. Designed to address the limitations of conventional zonal water injection processes, the system uses electrically actuated downhole water injection regulators to adjust the choke opening in real time. Bidirectional data transmission is achieved through wireless communication, while the surface supervisory computer processes the collected data and issues control commands. This enables an intelligent water injection management mode featuring real-time monitoring, remote control, and seamless data exchange. The Cableless Water Injection Valve is the core actuation unit of the system. It mainly consists of a battery pack, an adjustment motor, a choke mechanism, a parameter acquisition module, a power management module, a data storage module, and a wireless communication module.
